Naturo Health ("we", "us", or "our") operates the website naturohealth.in. By placing an order through this Website, you agree to the terms below. These policies are designed to clearly set expectations and ensure a smooth experience for our customers.
Stock Availability
All orders are subject to stock availability. While we strive to keep stock levels updated in real-time, discrepancies may occur. If an item is unavailable, we will notify you and offer the option to wait for restocking or receive a refund.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on weight, dimensions, and delivery location. The final shipping amount will be displayed at checkout and included in your total payment.
Dispatch Time
We aim to dispatch all orders within 24 hours of successful payment. Our warehouse operates Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.
Delivery Timeline
- Within Tamil Nadu: 1–2 business days
- To Kerala, Karnataka & Andhra : 3–4 business days
- To North India: 5–7 business days
Change of Delivery Address
Delivery address changes can be made anytime before dispatch by contacting our customer support.
P.O. Box Shipping
We only ship to P.O. box addresses via postal services. Courier services are not available for such locations.
Out of Stock Items
If part of your order is out of stock, we will reserve the available items and dispatch your full order once restocked, unless you request a partial shipment or refund.
Delayed Delivery
If your order exceeds the expected delivery time, please contact us so we can follow up with the courier and provide updates.
Tracking & Notifications
A tracking link will be sent to your email upon dispatch. This link will provide real-time updates from the shipping provider.
Damaged Parcels
If you receive a damaged parcel:
- If possible, reject the package at the time of delivery.
- If already accepted, please contact our support team with photos and a video of the damaged product(s) within 24 hours.
Duties & Taxes
- Sales Tax: Already included in product pricing.
- Import Duties (for international orders): Customers are responsible for any import duties. Refused shipments will be returned at the customer's expense. Refunds will be issued minus return shipping and initial shipping fees.
Order Cancellations
Cancellations can be made before dispatch. Once an order is shipped, please refer to our Refund Policy.
Insurance
All parcels are insured up to the value declared by the courier.
- Damaged Parcels: We will process a replacement/refund once the courier completes their investigation.
- Lost Parcels: A refund/replacement will be issued after confirmation of loss by the courier.
