Exceptions – Diapers Only
Returns are applicable only for damaged diaper products under the following conditions:
- The return request must be initiated within 24 hours of receiving the product.
- A clear unboxing or damage video must be recorded and shared with us via WhatsApp for verification.
- Once verified, we will process a replacement or refund as applicable.
Please note:
- We do not accept returns for herbal soaps, shampoos, lotions, oils, or other personal care items due to hygiene and safety reasons.
- Products returned without prior approval or shared evidence will not be eligible for refund or exchange.
